The Teaching Assistant Project is a multi-tiered project designed to promote excellence in undergraduate and graduate education at Rutgers, New Brunswick, through the professional development of the teaching staff. The Teaching Assistant Project is, by necessity, a flexible one, working to meet the changing needs of the teaching assistants, but the basic components upon which this project is built include the annual orientation, on-going programs, publications, and discipline-specific training.
